Deb Dib works exclusively by retainer, and only on full-scope projects (with the exception of clients returning for additional coaching, resume updates, etc.). She limits her practice to approximately 12 -15 executives annually so that she can provide exceptional levels of service and expertise.

All projects are completely personalized to your particular objectives, with flexible timelines and deliverables matched to your availability and changing needs.
Investment for most projects falls into the $15K to $20K range for this highly collaborative 4- to 6-month process (*note: immediately needed documents can be completed early in the process - see below).
Each engagement includes Deb's coaching and writing (no subcontractors) as well as comprehensive intake questions requiring your written answers.
Personal branding is so integral to our clients' success that we rarely work on a project without it and will not create a resume without including the brand process in the project.
*In instances where a resume is needed quickly, we will create it, but revisit it after the brand program is completed and rework it to include the brand and value proposition. This is not an ideal situation, but works for those executives in unexpected transition.
